SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand using Australia Post. At this point we do not offer international shipping to any other countries, but it’s something we’re working towards in the future.

Shipping within Australia is free with orders $120 and over. Otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping or a flat rate of $15 for express shipping applies.

For orders to New Zealand, we offer a flat rate of NZD$15 for standard shipping or NZD$20 for express shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by logging into your account here.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. If your item has arrived damaged or you have received an incorrect order please email orders@luibody.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order confirmation number. Please provide details within the email (including photos) and we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. LUI does not take responsibility for the costs of returning any products. We recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
